Tips for a Robust Mental Health:
have a consistent spiritual practice, eat whole foods, deep breathing, walk outside if you can, do strength training, keep consistent contact with people who lift you up, have a creative project to occupy your mind, find a purpose to each day and take action towards that, listen to positive podcasts, read fiction books, know this is temporary, watch funny videos, clear your clutter, make time for playing
