Let Go of Anxiety in 2017!

Because, let’s face it, you are not getting any younger. Time is not stopping until you feel more confident and calm to start again so you don’t miss anything while you are feeling anxious and out of control. And there is nothing for YOU in the anxiety and struggle. It is pure suffering and you don’t have to have it anymore.

I know your pain because I have been there. I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. But you? You are my friend and I want to help you feel better. All things considered, we need to get you better!

What would you say if I told you that you can be anxiety free within 1-5 weeks?

This year, I am going to open myself even more to sharing my secrets to getting over anxiety. I am going to tell you what I have learned – the exact steps I used to cure myself of anxiety mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually – so that you can heal yourself. Fully. Completely. Let go of anxiety in 2017!

I have sat with about 35 people per week since 1996 in my career as a psychotherapist. I worked about 50 weeks a year in those 20 years, talking about 2-3 problems per hour with those folks. Then, I did the math. That is 105,000 problems that I have helped people unpack, dissolve and heal from. 105,000!

And do you know what I discovered in that time? Do you know what each of those problems stand on? Fear and guilt. And really when you think about it, they are really the same thing. The greatest fear underneath it all, is that we are not good enough – guilt.

Fear is our greatest problem.

This explains why anxiety is so bad in our culture. These fears cause pressure, insecurity, feelings of inadequacy, and boom we are vulnerable to anxiety.

This is the year that we need to change the world by getting some of the negative out. Getting rid of our own feelings of fear would collectively make a huge impact on everyone and everything else. All problems, all conflict, all violence, all wars are caused and fed by fear. We remove it from ourselves, and we remove it from the world.

And it is a win-win situation. YOU FEEL AMAZING, and grateful and loving and connected and HAPPY and oh so calm. Sounds too good to be true? It isn’t. I’ve seen so many people recover – people with anxiety for 40 years – get better. And of course, it is available to you too if you want it. I’ll show you.
