Stress is overwhelming
When you are stressed out it can effect so many things in your life. A few years ago, it effected me in a gross way and I can’t believe I shared it in today’s video. Definitely TMI.
But I did it because I want you to know that you are not alone. We all get overwhelmed by stressful situations in our life.
This is my story and the two things that I learned to do when I am overwhelmed to get my mind, body and soul back on track.
I was taught these by my Narrative Therapy teacher, Michael White, and keeping them in mind has helped me whenever I am burnt out, feeling lonely or invalidated, overwhelmed, or just run down.
