These commitments are things to do in 2016.
I know, I know, you have so much to do as it is. I hate to add to that list . (Some of us need to subtract from the list, actually!) My intention is more freedom, enjoyment and happiness in your life rather than more pressure.
They lead to happiness!
Here’s my things to do list.
1. Rest Assured: Get better sleep!
2. Feel Spaced Out? Take a Look at Your Space
3. You are Allowed to Feel
4. Understand Impermanence: Even Loss is Temporary
5. MLK: Addressing Your Anger
6. Become free: The Ultimate Healing Is Yours
7. Be a witness: Lend a Hand
8. Motivate yourself: Getting in Touch with Your Personal Agency
9. Universal Oneness: Know your connection!
10. Transcend Fear: Get a Spiritual Restraining Order
These things to do have the potential to heal you from anything that ails. Pass the series along to a friend. Taking new steps with a friend is infinitely better than doing it alone.
